Professional Dues and Subscriptions. The City agrees to budget for and to pay for professional dues and subscriptions of the Manager necessary for continuation and full participation in state, regional, and local associations and organizations as necessary or desirable for the good of the City through the Manager’s continued professional participation, growth, and advancement as approved by the City.
