Professional Engineering Services. The professional services to be performed under this Agreement are within the scope of professional engineering, as defined by state law, and will be provided in connection with the professional employment or practice of a person who is licensed or registered as a professional engineer. The professional engineering services shall be performed in accordance with Tex. Occ. Code ▇▇▇. §§ 1001.001, et. seq, as amended.
