Common use of Professional Errors and Omissions Liability Insurance Clause in Contracts

Professional Errors and Omissions Liability Insurance. a. Coverage shall extend to the Locum Tenens Provider(s) through the Professional Errors and Omissions Liability Insurance secured by the Contractor. Coverage shall be in an amount of not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) per occurrence and three million dollars (3,000,000) aggregate. b. If coverage contains a deductible or self-retention, it shall not be greater than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) per occurrence/event. c. Coverage as required herein shall be maintained for a minimum of two years following termination or completion of this Agreement.
