Common use of PROFESSIONAL SAMPLES Clause in Contracts

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 9.07, for so long as CollaGenex retains a license pursuant to Section 2.01 in the Territory, Atrix shall supply to CollaGenex Professional Samples in such amount as the Parties may mutually agree.
