Common use of Professional Services Addendum Clause in Contracts

Professional Services Addendum. If Professional Services are listed as a line item in an Order Form, the parties agree that the terms of the Professional Services Addendum (▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/company-legal-agreements) shall apply and are hereby incorporated into the Agreement. “Professional Services” means work performed by ▇▇▇▇▇▇, its Affiliates, or its or their respective permitted subcontractors under a scope of services (“SOS”) or Order Form.
