Professional Use. The Service is made available to you for your professional use only. As such, you agree that you are a person or entity who provides professional services and has been admitted to or licensed by, and is in good standing with, a government certification body or jurisdictional licensing entity recognized by a governmental body, which body requires that its members be licensed or admitted to a certifying or licensing entity and regularly verifies the accuracy of its data.
Professional Use. 1. End User hereby declares that the Agreement is concluded for purposes directly connected with End User’s economic or professional activity.

Professional Use. Subject to these Terms, and during the Subscription Term, Partner shall have the right to access and use the Services to provide professional services for the Intended Purposes, as described in this Appendix A. This professional licence does not allow Partner to provide access to the Services to Clients, nor to bundle the Services as part of a MSSP Offer.
Professional Use. You agree that all tools provided by Novartis can only be used for professional purposes. Generation, transmission or storage of potentially offensive information is not allowed. This includes, but is not limited to profanity, material derogatory to any ethnic, gender-based or other groups of people, or sexually explicit material, threats, harassment, defamation etc. Furthermore, you agree to always act in the interest of Novartis. Should you not respect this requirement of professional use, Novartis will be allowed to take disciplinary action which may lead up to and including termination of employment.

The District affirms the principles that teachers have the full rights and responsibilities of citizenship and that a teacher's private life and activities are not an appropriate concern of the District, except to the extent that they detract from the effective accomplishment of the teacher's professional duties or are grounds for dismissal under Colorado statutes. D. Teachers have the right, except as otherwise provided by law, to engage in political activity, to campaign on behalf of candidates for public office, and to themselves see, campaign for, and hold public office. However, these activities must be conducted outside teacher assigned hours and must not interfere with the effective accomplishment of the teacher's professional duties. E. The District and the Federation affirm the importance of good staff morale to the instructional and operational programs of a school. Teachers and administrators are expected to exhibit positive attitudes and professional behavior that will maintain and enhance good staff morale. F. The hoard, teachers, and administrators encourage one another to exemplify the highest standards of personal and professional excellence and to become outstanding role models for all students. G. Every teacher and administrator is expected to exhibit sensitivity to ethnic-minority persons and to promote the success of students from multicultural/ multi-ethnic backgrounds. H. Any alleged abuses of Executive Director authority shall be reported to the Federation or Instructional Superintendent or designee. The Federation and Instructional Superintendent or designee will review and address these allegations.

  • Professional Services Bodily injury" or "property damage" arising out of the rendering of or failure to render profes- sional services;

  • Professional Services Warranty 5.1 Oracle warrants that Professional Services will be provided in a professional manner consistent with industry standards. Customer must notify Oracle of any warranty deficiencies within 60 days from performance of the deficient Professional Services. 5.2 ORACLE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES WILL BE PERFORMED ERROR- FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT ORACLE WILL CORRECT ALL PROFESSIONAL SERVICES ERRORS, OR THAT THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES WILL MEET CUSTOMER’S REQUIREMENTS OR EXPECTATIONS. ORACLE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ISSUES RELATED TO THE PERFORMANCE, OPERATION OR SECURITY OF THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES THAT ARISE FROM CUSTOMER DATA OR THIRD PARTY APPLICATIONS OR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES. 5.3 FOR ANY BREACH OF THE PROFESSIONAL SERVICES WARRANTY, CUSTOMER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY AND ORACLE’S ENTIRE LIABILITY SHALL BE THE CORRECTION OF THE DEFICIENT PROFESSIONAL SERVICES THAT CAUSED THE BREACH OF WARRANTY, OR, IF ORACLE CANNOT SUBSTANTIONALLY CORRECT THE DEFICIENCY IN A COMMERCIALLY REASONABLE MANNER, CUSTOMER MAY END THE DEFICIENT PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AND ORACLE WILL REFUND TO THE CUSTOMER THE FEES FOR THE TERMINATED PROFESSIONAL SERVICES THAT CUSTOMER PRE-PAID TO ORACLE FOR THE PERIOD FOLLOWING THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF TERMINATION. 5.4 TO THE EXTENT NOT PROHIBITED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND THERE ARE NO OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, INCLUDING FOR SOFTWARE, HARDWARE, SYSTEMS, NETWORKS OR ENVIRONMENTS OR FOR MERCHANTABILITY, SATISFACTORY QUALITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
