Common use of Profiling Clause in Contracts

Profiling. The Parties recognise the importance of profiling to analyse and monitor the Apprentice’s/Trainee’s performance against industry set national standards of competencies required by their training package and agree to the following: ▪ Employer shall ensure that they provide sufficient scope of work for Apprentices/Trainees as required by the contract of training; ▪ Employer shall ensure that Apprentices/Trainees complete the profiling sheets on a regular basis (weekly if practicable); ▪ Supervising trade-qualified Employees shall (while not certifying that the Apprentice/Trainee is competent in the described tasks) validate accurate profiling sheets with their signature where required; ▪ Apprentices/Trainees shall complete and submit their profiling sheets on a regular basis (i.e., sheets shall be submitted at a maximum interval of 4 weeks).
