Common use of Profiling Clause in Contracts

Profiling. 14.1 Client gives its consent to the profiling of Personal Data that was given to Provider, for the purpose of proper maintenance and providing the Service to Client. The objective of the data processing is performing Services and securing (establishing, investigating or defending) claims that may arise due to the performance of the Services.
