Program Administrators. The Customer shall submit a Customer Profile to the Bank which designates one or more persons as Program Administrators, who shall be authorized to administer Customer’s use of E-Banking Services.

Except as otherwise provided herein, the cooperative undertaking shall be administered by a program administrator from LPS and a program administrator from City (the “Program Administrator(s)”). City hereby designates the Director of the Parks and Recreation Department of the City of Lincoln as its Program Administrator. Program Administrators. Simultaneously with the establishment of the program, the Hospital shall designate two or more positions (“Program Administrators”), who shall be available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, to answer questions and provide appropriate assistance regarding immediate access to and proper use of appropriate Auxiliary Aids and Services required by this Settlement Agreement, including providing qualified interpreters within the time frames set forth in this Settlement Agreement. Such Program Administrators shall know where the appropriate Auxiliary Aids are stored and how to operate them and will have and exercise authority to require their maintenance, repair, replacement, and distribution. The Hospital will circulate broadly within the Hospital the names, telephone numbers, functions, and office locations of such Program Administrators, including a TTY telephone number that may be called by Patients and Companions in order to obtain the assistance of such Program Administrators. Program Administrators will respond to routine telephone inquiries about the program during normal business hours and maintain a recording system for routine inquiries received after normal business hours. The Program Administrators will be responsible for the complaint resolution mechanism described in paragraph 38 of this Settlement Agreement. The Program Administrators will be designated by the Hospital no later than 30 days following the Effective Date of this Settlement Agreement. Nothing in this Settlement Agreement shall prohibit the Hospital from including the responsibility of the Program Administrators in the job descriptions of positions that have other duties and responsibilities.
