PROGRAM BENEFICIARIES. At least fifty-one percent (51%) of the beneficiaries of a project funded through this Agreement must be low- and moderate- income persons. If the project is located in an entitlement city, as defined by HUD, or serves beneficiaries countywide, more than thirty percent (30%) of the beneficiaries directly assisted through the use of funds under this Agreement must reside in unincorporated ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ County or in municipalities participating in the County’s Urban County Qualification Program. The project funded under this Agreement shall assist beneficiaries as defined above for the time period designated in Exhibit A of this Agreement. The SUBRECIPIENT shall provide written verification of compliance to the County upon Housing & Grants’ request.
