Program Closeout. Program Closeout is the process by which the Corporation determines that all applicable actions and all required work of the program including audit and resolution of audit findings have been completed or that there are no additional benefits likely to occur by continuation of program activities or costs. All findings from Corporation monitoring visits must be cleared prior to closeout.
Program Closeout. Upon conclusion of the PHA’s DHAP-Ike program, HUD will conduct a settlement process in accordance with DHAP-Ike operating requirements and then adjust funding for the PHAs accordingly. Final close out will be conducted by HUD no later than 180 days after termination of the program.

  • Contract Closeout The Provider Agency shall comply with all requirements of Policy Circular P7.01, Contract Closeout, including the timely submittal of the Final Report of Expenditures and any other financial or programmatic reports required by the Department. All required documentation is due within 120 Days of Contract Expiration, Non-renewal or Termination.
