Program Coordinator. CVTA shall assign a person to serve as a Program Coordinator for the Project, who will be responsible for review of the Project on behalf of CVTA for purposes of ensuring it is being completed in compliance with this Agreement and all CVTA requirements. CVTA’s Program Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing, managing, reviewing, and processing, in consultation with the CVTA Authorized Representative, all payment requisitions submitted by VDOT for the Project. CVTA's Program Coordinator will have no independent authority to direct changes or make additions, modifications, or revisions to the scope, budget or schedule of the Project as set forth on Appendices A & B.
