Program Discontinuance Clause Samples

The Program Discontinuance clause defines the conditions under which a particular program or service may be terminated or phased out by the provider. Typically, this clause outlines the notice period required before discontinuation, any obligations to current participants, and the process for winding down the program. Its core function is to provide a clear framework for ending a program, ensuring that all parties are aware of their rights and responsibilities, and minimizing disruption or confusion when a program is no longer offered.
