Common use of Program Documents Clause in Contracts

Program Documents. The Administrator will provide the Loan Officer with a copy of the Program Documents. The Administrator agrees to provide the Loan Officer with any amendments to such documents, and the Loan Officer agrees to comply with all such documents, as they may be amended from time to time, in performing its obligations under this Agreement.
