Program Education. The Contractor shall provide the District with 200 copies of a Refuse and Recycling brochure, and a copy to each residential unit in the District prior to May 1, 2015, and thirty (30) days prior to the third anniversary of the contract (e.g., by March 1, 2018). The Contractor will collaborate with the District to produce a new Refuse and Recycling brochure detailing the solid waste collection schedule, collection requirements, recycling program description including but not limited to a list of accepted materials, bulk items collection requirements, white goods collection requirements, rate structure for the base compensation services and subscription services, and District contact information. The District shall approve the brochure's content and layout prior to its distribution.

Program Education. As identified in the Proposal, the Contractor will provide program education for the Additional Services, Terms and Conditions over the duration of the Agreement. Below are the promotional materials and resources to be used to educate residents on program service offerings. Any program education, materials, tools or resources developed by the Contractor for the purpose of educating Village residents any services offered are subject to the final approval of an authorized representative from the Village, and all such education, materials, tools and resources shall be provided by the Contractor at its sole cost and expense. During the first year of the Agreement, the Contractor will develop and produce program education using the following tools and resources described upon approval from the Village: D.1 A trifold program brochure to be mailed to each home that will properly describe the Village Residential Solid Waste Program to residents. Upon request, and if desired by the Village, the Contractor will mail two (2) of said brochures during the initial year of the Agreement.   • HOME EDUCATION 1. Educational services that may be required for home education students as defined in School Act, Part II, Div. 4, Sec. 12 & 13 and School Act Regulations, Sec. (3), shall be provided by bargaining unit members. 2. Classroom teachers shall not, however, be required to prepare educational resource materials or exams, or to assess or prepare reports on home education students, unless such duties are assigned as part of that teacher's regular assignment.

  • In-Service Education The parties recognize the value of in-service both to the employee and the Employer and shall encourage employees to participate in in-service. All employees scheduled by the Employer to attend in-service seminars shall receive regular wages.

  • General Education University Program Requirements All MTA applicable courses require a grade “C” or higher

  • Special Education Special education services, related services, and accommodations for students who are eligible under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (Section 504), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), or any applicable provisions of state law, shall be provided in accordance with applicable state and federal law, this Agreement and Authorizer rules and policies. The Authorizer is the LEA for purposes of ensuring compliance with IDEA, Section 504, and all other federal and state laws and regulations concerning accommodation of and education of students with disabilities.

  • Union Education If the local union indicates to the Hospital that its members have approved a special assessment for union education in accordance with the CUPE constitution and local union by laws, the Hospital agrees to deduct this assessment. Such assessment will be paid on a quarterly basis into a trust fund established and administered by OCHU/CUPE for this purpose.
