Common use of Program Eligibility Requirements Clause in Contracts

Program Eligibility Requirements. a. Eligibility Criteria i. Be an agency that has received a grant under OAA Title III [OAA section 311(42 U.S.C. § 3030a)]; and ii. Partner with a nutrition service provider that serves meals and is under the jurisdiction, control, management, and audit authority of the Area Agency on Aging and the DOEA.
