Program Financing Agreement Clause Samples
A Program Financing Agreement is a contractual provision that outlines the terms and conditions under which funding is provided for a specific program or project. It typically details the amount of financing, disbursement schedules, reporting requirements, and the obligations of both the funding provider and the recipient. For example, it may specify milestones that must be met before funds are released or set out procedures for monitoring the use of funds. The core function of this clause is to ensure that both parties have a clear understanding of how the program will be financed, thereby reducing the risk of disputes and ensuring accountability in the use of funds.
