Common use of Program Implementation Agreement Clause in Contracts

Program Implementation Agreement. The Parties shall enter into an agreement providing further detail on the implementation arrangements, fiscal accountability and disbursement, and use of MCC Funding and the Country Contribution, among other matters (the “Program Implementation Agreement” or “PIA”); and Mozambique shall implement the Program in accordance with this Compact, the PIA, and any other Supplemental Agreement.
