Common use of Program Management and Administration Clause in Contracts

Program Management and Administration. County shall provide the SANE management and administrative support and shall designate the Sheriff-Coroner or designee as the SANE Program Coordinator, responsible as follow: (a) The Sheriff-Coroner or designee shall represent the County in all matters pertaining to the services rendered pursuant to this Agreement and shall administer this Agreement on behalf of the County. (b) The Sheriff-Coroner or designee, in consultation with the County’s Health Services Agency and Dominican, shall develop policies and procedures for the SANE Program examinations in accordance with the most recently adopted California Office of Criminal Justice Planning (“OCJP”) protocols.
