Program of Activities. In accordance with the background, objectives and purpose, as described above, both organizations agree to endeavor to establish and promote their cooperation for mutual benefit. The proposed activities will include, but are not limited to the following steps: 1. Regular contact should be established between both organizations and their elected leaderships to institute and maintain continuing liaison between the two organisations. Both FIG and ION should appoint contact persons to ensure such liaison. The focal point in FIG for this cooperation is Commission 5. 2. The organizations should inform each other about the structure of the established active entities, such as Commissions, Working Groups, Task Forces, Projects, etc., and invite representation from the other organization to each of these entities, where it is agreed that it would be appropriate and sensible. 3. The themes of mutual interests identified at the moment are: • Reference frames and observing systems • Positioning, measurements and applications • Navigation and tracking • Geoid determination and height systems • Sensors and platforms • Hydrographic surveying, marine geodesy • Systems for data processing, analysis and representation • Special applications of geodesy to engineering • Theory and algorithms • Education and training • Cooperation with other international organizations such as the United Nations (UN) and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) • Contributing to multi-disciplinary research and advisory teams 4. The program of proposed schools, seminars, workshops, etc. should be communicated to the other organization to enable consideration as to whether joint participation would be of mutual benefit. Final announcement of such events should be communicated to the members of both organizations either by e-mail or via a posting on the organization’s web site. 5. Both organizations should investigate possibilities to organize specialized joint seminars or workshops to serve broader professional communities. 6. Decision on joint or co-sponsored activities will be made by the ION and FIG Councils upon receiving favorable recommendations from the appropriate operational Office Bearers in ION and FIG. 7. Each organization should invite a representative from the other organization to attend their primary professional event (i.e., Congress, General Assembly, etc.). 8. Program of Activities. In accordance with the background and purpose described above, both organizations agree to endeavor to intensify their co-operation for mutual benefit. The following steps will be taken, among others: a. In order to maintain and strengthen inter organizational liaison, regular contact will be maintained between the two organizations to address matters of common interest. Common interest items include, but are not limited to, Technical Cooperation and Capacity Building. b. Each organization to inform the other of its activities that may be of common interest and invite representation from the other where it is agreed that it would be appropriate. This information may be exchanged at meetings of the RHCs or meetings of the PAIGH Hydrography Technical Committee. Reports of meeting proceedings are expected to be made available on the organizations’ websites. c. In the context of a Global Spatial Data Infrastructure, both organizations should identify opportunities to contribute to the development of an effective Marine Spatial Data Infrastructure (MSDI) including the need to maximize the efficient collection of hydrographic data by furthering the understanding of data requirements, data holdings and future collection plans. d. PAIGH should encourage its MS to provide data from seabed mapping and other relevant data collection activities to the IHO Data Centre for Digital Bathymetry (DCDB), data that following DCDB policy shall be open to support all national, regional and international projects. e. Each party to promote greater participation of its Member States in the periodic meetings of the relevant bodies of the other organization (i.e. HTC , RHCs ).

  • Collaboration activities 4.1 The Collaboration Suppliers will perform the Collaboration Activities and all other obligations of this Agreement in accordance with the Detailed Collaboration Plan. 4.2 The Collaboration Suppliers will provide all additional cooperation and assistance as is reasonably required by the Buyer to ensure the continuous delivery of the services under the Call-Off Contract. 4.3 The Collaboration Suppliers will ensure that their respective subcontractors provide all cooperation and assistance as set out in the Detailed Collaboration Plan.

  • Development Activities The Development activities referred to in item “b” of paragraph 3.1 include: studies and projects of implementation of the Production facilities; drilling and completion of the Producing and injection ▇▇▇▇▇; and installation of equipment and vessels for extraction, collection, Treatment, storage, and transfer of Oil and Gas. The installation referred to in item “c” includes, but is not limited to, offshore platforms, pipelines, Oil and Gas Treatment plants, equipment and facilities for measurement of the inspected Production, wellhead equipment, production pipes, flow lines, tanks, and other facilities exclusively intended for extraction, as well as oil and gas pipelines for Production Outflow and their respective compressor and pumping stations.

  • Outreach Activities a. The Agency shall conduct outreach activities for potential Clients to promote the availability of services. b. Outreach activities shall include, but are not limited to, participation in health fairs, community events, collaboration with other providers, and the posting of flyers for potential Clients. c. The Agency shall have an outreach plan and shall provide evidence of such arrangements to the Recipient upon request.
