Common use of Program Policies Clause in Contracts

Program Policies. The Program Policies with respect to any Program Type, including the Program Qualifications and Program Benefits described therein, are subject to change in Our sole discretion; provided, however, that the Program Benefits will not be materially decreased, and the Program Qualifications shall not be materially altered, for You during a term for which You have paid fees for the applicable Program Level. You are responsible for reviewing the Program Policies regularly.
