Any Application developed using this Apple Software must meet all of the following criteria and requirements, as they may be modified by Apple from time to time. Passes and Libraries are subject to the same criteria: 3.3.1 Applications may only use Documented APIs in the manner prescribed by Apple and must not use or call any private APIs.
