Common use of Program Requirements Clause in Contracts

Program Requirements. All math and literacy enrichment activities will be fully coordinated with content of the day school. Enrichment programming will be diversified, and activities will be structured to be sequential with a focus on providing hands-on activities and experiential learning opportunities. CLC staff must assure that the daily CLC schedule supports participation in academic enrichment by each youth. CLC activities should not take place in spaces that are unsafe and/or that are not conducive to student learning. It is strongly recommended that CLC academic activities take place in classrooms and not in areas such as the school cafeteria or gym.
