Program Requirements. A. Trip Purpose: CONTRACTOR will only transport Clients for approved trips for non-emergency medical purposes. Such purposes may include but are not limited to: appointments with medical practitioners, outpatient services, lab testing, dental, vision, rehabilitation and therapy, health education, mental health counseling and the securing of prescription drugs and devices. The purpose of the SNEMT Program is to assist the Client to live independently through access to appropriate medical care. All trips that are not medically related are ineligible. B.
