Common use of Program Specifications Clause in Contracts

Program Specifications. (a) You acknowledge and agree that: (i) You are required to comply with the Program Specifications as that document is amended or replaced from time to time; (ii) We may amend or replace the Program Specifications at any time and that updated version or replacement document is the ‘Program Specifications’ for the purposes of the Agreement; and (iii) it is Your responsibility to ensure you have obtained, and are providing the Services in accordance with the current version of the Program Specifications. (b) Without limiting paragraph 4(a)(iii), We will take reasonable steps to notify You of any amendment or replacement referred to in paragraph 4(a)(ii) that may have a material impact on the Services.
