PROGRAM TIMELINE. Customer agrees to perform its obligations with respect to the Customer System hereunder in an expeditious manner, including, but not limited to, submitting Proof of Project Advancement to Company within sixty (60) days of the Reservation Confirmation Date, ensuring Company is provided with copies of the applicable city/county final inspection paperwork as soon as practicable after installation of the Customer System is complete, and meeting all Program requirements on or before the Installation Deadline. Failure to perform such obligations may result in cancellation of the Customer System Program reservation.
