Programmatic Changes. The Awardee must first obtain the prior written approval of CNCS’s Social Innovation Fund Program Office before making the following changes: a. Changes in the scope, objectives or goals of the Awardee’s program, whether or not they involve budgetary changes; b. Entering into subgrants for Social Innovation Fund activities funded by the Cooperative Agreement which had not been previously identified or included in the approved application, budget or plan; and 1 or c. Changes in deadlines identified in these Terms and Conditions. Deadlines may be reasonably extended or revised upon mutual agreement of the parties. Programmatic changes also require final approval of CNCS’s Office of Grants Management after written recommendation for approval is received from the Social Innovation Fund Program Office. The Grants Officers will execute written amendments, and Awardees should not assume approvals have been granted unless documentation from the Grants Office has been received. Changes in deadlines require prior approval, but are not considered programmatic changes requiring a grant amendment.

a. i. Changes in the scope, objectives or goals of the Awardee’s program, whether or not they involve budgetary changes;
b. ii. Entering into subgrants contracts for Social Innovation Fund Regional Training Conferences activities funded by the Cooperative Agreement cooperative agreement, which had not been previously identified or included in the approved application, budget or plan; application and 1 orbudget.
c. iii. Changes in deadlines identified in these Terms and Conditions. Deadlines may be reasonably extended or revised upon mutual agreement of the parties. .
