Programmatic Support. The Foundation breaks down its programmatic purposes into the following categories. Other descriptive programmatic groupings may be created and used for marketing and promotional purposes. a) IEEE Foundation Fund – is the main fund of the Foundation and supports activities and programs consistent with the Foundation’s mission b) Signature Program Fund - supports Foundation approved Signature Programs.
Programmatic Support. Mastercard commits to support the Partnership and operations of City Possible as follows:  Allocate appropriate support to the City in connection with the Broad Objectives (e.g., consulting resources for business modeling or go-to- market execution). In light of the foregoing, resources dedicated to projects involving the City will be agreed on an individualized basis, as determined by Mastercard; and  Make available data scientists for consulting purposes regarding (x) data analytics/insights and (y) digital technologies/services and share insights sourced from other program participants or affiliates (e.g., private sector partners, civic and academic contributors, and global influencers, to the extent permissible).
Programmatic Support. The County will oversee the assessment and administration of all grant activities. They will be responsible for general oversight of all consultant activities including preparation and review of quarterly reporting, ACRES database updates and financial and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) reporting. The retained environmental consulting firm will work with all appropriate County staff, EPA staff and SCDHEC officials in the implementation of the Brownfields Assessment Grant.

Programmatic Support. Site Supervisors and district or school staff must collaborate with FoodCorps to develop an annual service plan for each service member to successfully meet their 1700 hours while supporting district goals. ✓ FoodCorps service must be structured so that each service member can successfully meet at least one of the following requirements: ○ Food Education-focus: The FoodCorps service member must teach or co-teach ongoing hands-on, food-based lessons in the classroom or garden to a minimum of 80 students in grades K-8 for 10+ instructional hours during their service term. ○

  • Paid Claims without Supporting Documentation Any Paid Claim for which Practitioner cannot produce documentation shall be considered an error and the total reimbursement received by Practitioner for such Paid Claim shall be deemed an Overpayment. Replacement sampling for Paid Claims with missing documentation is not permitted.

  • Technical Support State Street will provide technical support to assist the Fund in using the System and the Data Access Services. The total amount of technical support provided by State Street shall not exceed 10 resource days per year. State Street shall provide such additional technical support as is expressly set forth in the fee schedule in effect from time to time between the parties (the “Fee Schedule”). Technical support, including during installation and testing, is subject to the fees and other terms set forth in the Fee Schedule.

  • Software Updates ▇▇▇▇▇ agrees to keep current with software licensed from Skyward and will install new versions on a timeline approved by ▇▇▇▇▇ governance. This timeline will be communicated by NWRDC to the Districts.

  • TAX SUPPORT SERVICES BNY Mellon shall provide the following tax support services for each Fund:  Provide various data and reports as agreed upon in the SLDs to support TRP’s tax reporting and tax filing obligations, including: · Wash sales reporting; · QDI reporting; · DRD reporting; · PFIC analysis; · Straddle analysis; · Paydown adjustments; · Equalization debit adjustments · Tax compliance under §851, §817(h); · Foreign bond sale analysis (§988); · Troubled debt analysis; · Estimation of income for excise tax purposes; · Swap analysis; · Inflation adjustments; · §1256 adjustments; · Market discount analysis; · OID adjustments; · CPDI analysis; · Shareholder tax reporting information (e.g. FTC, UGG income, foreign source income by country, exempt income by state);  Provide data, and reports based on such data, maintained by BNY Mellon on its fund accounting platform as reasonably requested by TRP to support TRP’s obligations to comply with requests from tax authorities and TRP’s tax reporting and tax filing obligations.  Assist with other tax-related data needs as mutually agreed upon in writing from time-to-time.
