Programme Area Clause Samples
The 'Programme Area' clause defines the specific geographic or operational scope within which the agreement or project activities will take place. It typically outlines the boundaries, locations, or sectors covered by the contract, such as a particular region, facility, or set of services. By clearly delineating where and to what the agreement applies, this clause helps prevent misunderstandings about the extent of obligations and ensures that all parties are aligned on the focus of their responsibilities.
