Common use of Programme Limit Clause in Contracts

Programme Limit. The amount of the Programme may be increased by the Issuer in accordance with the procedure set out in the Dealer Agreement. Upon any increase being affected, all references in this Agreement to the amount of the Programme shall be deemed to be references to the increased amount.
