Common use of Programme of Works Clause in Contracts

Programme of Works. 4.2.1. The contract shall be for the carrying out of all works identified in the Schedule of Works (Section 4.4). The contractor is to provide all labour, all equipment, all fuel, any machinery and any other items necessary for the work. 4.2.2. The contract will also include all contract management, to be provided by the Contractors. 4.2.3. The contractor shall maintain all equipment required for the completion of the project.

The contract will also include all contract management, to be provided by the Contractors. 4.2.34.3.3. The contractor shall maintain all equipment required for the completion of the project.
