Common use of Programs and Activities Clause in Contracts

Programs and Activities. Subject to Paragraph 19.7, below, the Defendant shall ensure that appropriate auxiliary aids and services are made available in all programs and activities offered by YSI, including discipline, treatment, education, recreation, group living, meals, vocational training, and religion. The particular auxiliary aids or services to be provided shall be determined in accordance with Paragraphs 19.3 and 19.4, below.

Programs and Activities. Subject to Paragraph 19.7paragraph 14.7, below, the Defendant Respondents shall ensure that appropriate auxiliary aids and services are made available in all programs and activities offered by YSIYSI facilities, including including: discipline, treatment, education, recreation, group living, meals, vocational training, and religion. The particular auxiliary aids or services to be provided shall be determined in accordance with Paragraphs 19.3 paragraphs 14.3 and 19.414.4, below.
