Program’s Right to Contract Services. Participant acknowledges the Program is authorized and permitted to contract out any services to be provided by the Program to third parties who may be independent of the Program, and the Program shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by Participant by reason of any cause whatsoever caused by the negligence of such third parties.
