Common use of Progress and Final Reports Clause in Contracts

Progress and Final Reports. The Grantee shall provide six-month progress reports and a final report as specified in the Project Schedule. Six-month progress reports shall reflect work completed in the previous six months, and final reports shall reflect the entire Grant period. A progress report shall also be submitted for the time period immediately preceding the submission of the final report. They provide a means of reliably measuring and reporting the outcomes and effectiveness of a Project and how it contributes to the SNC’s achievement of its programmatic goals. The Grantee shall report on Performance Measures as part of the Final Report. The Grantee shall consider the following four quantitative Performance Measures and report on the ones that are applicable to this Project.
