Common use of Progress Report Clause in Contracts

Progress Report. 10.1 If required, you shall submit progress reports in connection with the Service (“Report”) on at least a monthly basis, or as we may require. The Report shall include a summary of the activities and accomplishments during the previous reporting period. 10.2 The Report will also include year-to-date totals for payments received and work completed (expressed in BMD$). 10.3 Any decisions and/or actions required of us during the upcoming reporting period(s) should be included in the Report. The specified date for submission of the Report for the reporting period shall be determined by us.
