Common use of Progress Reports and Final Report Clause in Contracts

Progress Reports and Final Report. (1) Upon request by Weichai, B▇▇▇▇▇▇ will provide to Weichai's Lead Representative within twenty (20) Business Days of the request a detailed written report on the overall progress of the Work under the Development Programs and the applicable Work Packages, including particulars on the scope, schedule and current status of the Work, including delays and challenges, and the status of the Deliverables and Milestones; it being acknowledged that the form of such report shall be agreed by the Parties in advance. Weichai acknowledges that repeated requests may result in delays in the Work and may impact B▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ ability to achieve all Deliverables for each applicable Work Package on or before the applicable Deliverable Date. (2) B▇▇▇▇▇▇ will, within twenty (20) Business Days following the end of each applicable Work Package, provide Weichai with a detailed written report for the Work and the Deliverables under such Work Package, which will include any and all test results and a complete technical design documentation and specifications set out to a technically reasonable level of detail and which will provide sufficient information so as to enable Weichai to fully and clearly understand the analysis and results of the Work; it being acknowledged that the form of such report shall be agreed by the Parties in advance. (3) B▇▇▇▇▇▇ will, within forty (40) Business Days following the end of the Term of this Agreement or any effective termination date of this Agreement, provide Weichai with a detailed written report for the Work, which will include any and all test results and a complete technical design documentation and specifications set out to a technically reasonable level of detail and which will provide sufficient information so as to enable Weichai to fully and clearly understand the analysis and results of the Work; it being acknowledged that the form of such report shall be agreed by the Parties in advance.

(1) Upon request by WeichaiAUDI, B▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will provide to WeichaiAUDI's Lead Representative within twenty (20) Business Days of the request a detailed written report on the overall progress of the Work under the Development Programs AUDI Program Plan and the applicable Work Packages, including particulars on the scope, schedule and current status of the Work, including delays and challenges, and the status of the Deliverables and Critical Milestones; it being acknowledged that , substantially in the form of such report shall be Schedule “G” or as otherwise agreed by the Parties in advanceAdvisory Committee. Weichai AUDI acknowledges that repeated requests may result in delays in the Work and may impact B▇▇▇▇▇▇▇’▇ ability to achieve all Deliverables for each applicable Work Package on or before the applicable Deliverable Date. (2) B▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will, within twenty thirty (2030) Business Days following the end of each applicable Work Package, provide Weichai AUDI with a detailed written report for the Work and the Deliverables under such Work Package, which will shall include any and all test results and a complete technical design documentation and specifications set out to a technically reasonable level of detail and which will provide sufficient information so as to enable Weichai AUDI to fully and clearly understand the analysis and results of the Work; it being acknowledged that the form of such report shall be agreed by the Parties in advance. (3) B▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ will, within forty sixty (4060) Business Days following the end of the Term of this Agreement or any effective termination date of this Agreement, provide Weichai AUDI with a detailed written report for the Work, which will shall include any and all test results and a complete technical design documentation and specifications set out to a technically reasonable level of detail and which will provide sufficient information so as to enable Weichai AUDI to fully and clearly understand the analysis and results of the Work; it being acknowledged that the form of such report shall be agreed by the Parties in advance.
