Common use of Progress Reports and Meetings Clause in Contracts

Progress Reports and Meetings. Consultant shall submit progress reports at least once a month. The report should be sufficiently detailed for the C/CAG Project Manager to determine, if Consultant is performing to expectations, or is on schedule; to provide communication of interim findings, and to sufficiently address any difficulties or special problems encountered, so remedies can be developed. Consultant’s Project Manager shall meet with C/CAG Project Manager, as needed, to discuss progress on the Agreement.
