Progress Reports and Meetings. Consultant shall submit progress reports at least once a month with each project invoice during the term of this Agreement summarizing the work performed during the prior month and planned work for the following month. The progress report should be sufficiently detailed, addressing all relevant tasks/sub-tasks, for the C/CAG Project Manager to determine if Consultant is performing to expectations and is on schedule; to provide communication of interim findings; and to sufficiently address any difficulties or specific problems encountered, so remedies can be developed. Consultant’s Project Manager shall meet with C/CAG Project Manager, as needed, to discuss progress on the Scope of Work.
