Common use of PROGRESS SCHEDULE Clause in Contracts

PROGRESS SCHEDULE. 11.1. The CONTRACTOR shall submit within ten (10) days (or as specified in the Special Provisions for this Project) after execution of the Contract a detailed work schedule or schedules that details the actions of the CONTRACTOR and Subcontractors working at the Site in accordance with the requirements specified in Special Provisions. This schedule(s) shall show the dates at which the CONTRACTOR will start and complete the several parts of the work and shall conform to the completion time specified in the Contract. The COUNTY may submit comments on the work schedule. Acceptance of the schedule by COUNTY shall not constitute approval of the Plan by CONTRACTOR for completion of the work. 11.2.
