Progression on Wage Grid Clause Samples
The 'Progression on Wage Grid' clause defines how employees advance through predetermined pay levels based on specific criteria, such as length of service or performance milestones. Typically, this clause outlines the intervals at which wage increases occur and the conditions employees must meet to move to the next pay step, such as completing a certain number of months or years in a position. Its core practical function is to provide a transparent and structured method for salary increases, ensuring fairness and predictability in employee compensation.
