Progression to Tenure. 22.3.1 A Faculty Member holding a Tenure-track appointment must be considered for tenure not later than the fifth (5th) year of her/his Tenure-track appointment, with the exception of Faculty Members whose appointments fall within the provisions of Articles 22.3.8 and 22.3.10.
