Common use of Prohibited Articles Clause in Contracts

Prohibited Articles. Tenant shall not keep, use, sell or offer for sale in or upon the Premises any article which may be prohibited by the standard form of fire and extended risk insurance policy. Tenant agrees to promptly make, at Tenant’s cost, any repairs, alterations, changes and/or improvements to fixtures and equipment in the Premises required by the company issuing Landlord’s fire insurance on the Premises so as to avoid the cancellation of such insurance. Landlord confirms that the articles currently used, sold, or offered for sale in or upon the Premises by Tenant do not contravene the provisions of this Section 9.03.
