Prohibited Uses. Tenant will not permit any food preparation on the Premises except that Tenant may use Underwriters' ’ Laboratory approved microwave ovens, dishwashers, self-dispensing drink machines, equipment for brewing coffee, tea, hot chocolate and similar beverages beverages, and similar equipment so long as such use is in accordance with all applicable federal, state and city laws, codes, ordinances, rules and regulations.

Tenant will not permit any food preparation No cooking shall be done or permitted on the Premises except that private use by Tenant may use of Underwriters' Laboratory ’ Laboratory-approved equipment for warming food or for brewing coffee, tea, hot chocolate and similar beverages so long as will be permitted, provided that such use is in accordance with all applicable federalFederal, state and city municipal laws, codes, ordinances, rules and regulations.

Tenant will not permit any food preparation on the Premises Premises, except that Tenant may use Underwriters' Laboratory approved equipment in facilities specifically designed and constructed for brewing coffeethe preparation of food, tea, hot chocolate and similar beverages so long as such use is in accordance with all applicable federal, state and city laws, codes, ordinances, rules and regulations.
