Prohibition Against Assignment of Benefits. Except to the extent otherwise required by law, none of the benefits, payments or proceeds held in my Account on my behalf or on behalf of my spouse or any beneficiaries shall be subject to the claims of any of my creditors or creditors of my spouse or any beneficiary, nor shall I, my spouse, or any beneficiary anticipate, sell, pledge, option, encumber or assign any of the benefits, payments or proceeds to which he or she is or may be entitled under the Agreement.
