Prohibition Against Assignment of Benefits. Except to the extent otherwise required by law, none of the benefits, payments, or proceeds held in the Account on behalf of any Investor, or Beneficiary shall be subject to the claims of any creditor of such Investor, or Beneficiary, nor shall any Investor, or Beneficiary, have any right to anticipate, sell, pledge, option, encumber, or assign any of the benefits, payments, or proceeds to which he or she is or may be entitled under the Agreement.
