Project Acceptance Requirement. CPPs are required for the following measures, regardless of any other requirements: Conservation Voltage Regulation (CVR); Customer Distribution System Efficiency Improvements (DSEI); and New construction or major renovations in the commercial, industrial, and multifamily sectors. BPA must accept both the CPP and the M&V plan for these measures.
