Common use of Project and Quality Management Clause in Contracts

Project and Quality Management. The Concessionaire will provide oversight and management of the Project to control the scope, quality, cost, and on-time delivery of the Work. If the Concessionaire is required to rectify any Non-Conforming Work in accordance with Section 8.11(b), the parties will review the Quality Management System Plan to assess and determine whether changes to such plan are necessary to prevent such further Non-Conforming Work.
