Project and Schedule. ▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ Purpose. The Grant is being made solely to finance the project described in the applicable Application. It is understood by Subrecipient that if funding is received to be added to an existing program, recipient must expend existing program funds prior to accessing SLFRF funds.
