Common use of Project Archive Clause in Contracts

Project Archive. Insofar as You make Customer Data on jointly processed projects available to other Authorised Users (hereinafter referred to as "Pro- ject Participants") with our general or individual consent during the term of the contract, We and our Affiliated Companies may from time to time, offer various project archive solutions (“Project Archive Solutions”) to Project Participants on the basis of separate agreements between Us or our Affiliated Companies and the Project Participants, in each case to the extent to which the respective Project Partic- ipant was granted access the Project Data during the term of the Project. The rights granted to Us by this section are non-ex- clusive, royalty-free, unrestricted in terms of ▇▇▇▇▇- ▇▇▇▇ and time, and may also be transferred or granted for exercise by Us to third parties together with Our business unit responsible for the operation of the relevant Platform Features.
