Common use of Project Attributes Clause in Contracts

Project Attributes. A. The attributes of the Project, including the primary and secondary contact, partners, equipment, and scope either described in the application or determined during negotiations (Listed Equipment) are described in the table(s) below. All Project attributes for which PSE pays to Recipient any Award funds under this Agreement must be listed in the Budget Template (Appendix B) and approved in advance by PSE. B.
